Pink out shirts are for the Mansfield/Hartville girls basketball game on Jan. 11th at Hartville.

CONGRATS TO MANSFIELD SCHOOLS!!! for achieving a perfect score on the 2017 APR (Annual Performance Report)! Mansfield Schools received a 100% score, by obtaining all 140 points possible (one of nine K-12 schools in the state to achieve this score . . . out of 520+ schools)!!! The APR measures academic achievement, college & career readiness, graduation rate, and attendance.

100% CLUB TRIP – MOVIE: Star Wars, the Last Jedi & BOWLING @ Fun City in Mtn. Grove

Cost of this trip is $13 for movie, popcorn, soda & bowling. You will need to bring money for lunch.  One bus will go to McDonald’s, and one bus to Burger King for lunch.

  1. Get 100% club application form in the office MONDAY, DEC. 11TH!!!
  2. Get teachers’ signatures and turn these back in to the office by Dec. 13th (subs cannot sign these, so get signatures by Dec. 13!!!)
  3. You will then get parent permission form
  4. Bring your signed parent permission slip & $13 to office by Monday, Dec. 18th – NO LATER!
  5. Remember, part of being a 100% club member is keeping track of your forms and not asking teachers to sign them again, and again. . . you get the idea!

ABSENTEE POLICY REMINDER

Students, when you have been absent from school, you must:

  • Come to the office to get absentee slip BEFORE going to first hour class.
  • Bring note from doctor, dentist, or parent with reason for absence (or parent may call office the day you are absent to give reason).

Student athletes, Lifetouch will be here this coming Monday, 10/23, to take team and senior athlete pictures. To prepare you need to be here and have your uniform. Picture taking will start at 9am with the senior athletes. Once pictures are taken students are to return to class.

 

Open Gym for high school cheerleaders will be October 23-27, after school through 5:00, in the multipurpose room. Mandatory practices will begin Monday, October 30. You must have a current sports physical on file to participate.

 

***PRACTICE ACT PREP ON 10/4 @ 8:50-COACH HILLS ROOM***

 

Key Sport will be here on Tuesday, October 24th from 11:30-12:45 in the HS Commons to take orders for letter jackets.  Patch orders will be taken at this time also along with orders for Baseball Jackets.  There is a $100.00 deposit on letter jackets & $50.00 deposit for baseball jackets.  If this will be an issue, please see Coach Garrison.

 

FFA will take its club photo during advisory period on Oct. 24

 

Club and organization photos will be taken on Oct. 25 during fourth period

 

November 7- Picture Retake Day- Students who were not her for picture day need to make sure they have their picture taken.  If you are doing retakes, you will need to bring old packet of pictures with you.

 

Science and Tech trip will be Friday 11/3. Departure time is 8:15. Permission slips MUST be turned in no later than Wednesday 11/1. See Grubbs or Hill for any questions or to pick up a permission slip.
