Transcript Request

Transcript requests need to be made directly to the high school office.

You may call the high school at 417-924-3236

You may email Tracy Dixon at TDixon@Mansfieldschool.net

You may also come in during office hours to request a transcript

Information needed at the time of the request 

• First and last name of the student
• A return email address and phone number
• Year of graduation or expected graduation
• Type of transcript: unofficial or official
•  (Note: Official transcripts can not be emailed to students; official transcripts can be emailed to colleges)
• The institution or location where the transcript is being sent
• The mailing address where the transcript is being sent (Include the country, city, state, and zip code)
• You may also add any special instructions or notes
